We answer at these addresses. We do not operate a telephone line for support, which Section 5(1) no. 2 DDG permits so long as a second route to fast electronic communication exists — email is that route, and it is monitored.

We are not obliged, and are not willing, to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) under Section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and no longer exists, so no link to it is given here. Your statutory rights and your right to go to court are unaffected by any of this.

Under Section 7(1) DDG we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law. Under Sections 8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances suggesting unlawful activity.
